Judah is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who welcomes clients of all ages, including children (3+), adolescents, and adults. She believes that growth occurs when individuals feel genuinely seen, accepted, and supported in a safe therapeutic relationship. Judah prioritizes collaboration, emotional safety, and honoring each client’s unique strengths, pace, and lived experience.
Through work in both school-based and clinical settings, Judah has provided individual and group counseling, play therapy services, crisis intervention, and caregiver consultation. She has experience supporting clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, parenting, self-esteem, major life transitions, abuse, trauma, suicidal ideation, relationship concerns and more.
Judah has extensive training in Child-Centered Play Therapy, a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approach that allows children to communicate their thoughts, express their feelings, and discover their inner resources in a way that is natural to them. She partners with caregivers to provide them with tools to support their child's continued growth and healing outside of the play room. In her work with adolescents and adults, she utilizes client-centered therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Judah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, with a specialization in play therapy. Judah is currently pursuing the 3,000 hours required for full LPC licensure in the State of Texas, and is working under the supervision of Blank Slate Therapy clinician Megan Shelton, LPC-S.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, Judah is committed to offering a supportive and collaborative space for your journey.
