Adrian’s approach prioritizes building rapport with his clients. He places great emphasis on building meaningful relationships, and specializes in evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, which can provide opportunity for self-discovery. By incorporating a Psychodynamic approach in sessions, Adrian can help individuals gain greater insight into their emotions and unconscious patterns of behavior. By improving this understanding, we can ultimately chart a path towards greater wellbeing and fulfillment.
Adrian enjoys providing counseling across the lifespan. In addition to individual counseling for teens (12 an up) and adults, Adrian is passionate about couples and family therapy.
Adrian will partner with you to maximize growth, healing and positive change.
