IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a powerful approach which recognizes the different parts within you, each with its own perspectives and feelings. By working with these parts, it is possible to uncover the root causes of your struggles and promote healing and harmony within yourself. Jessica’s aim is to guide you in understanding and integrating these parts, fostering self-compassion and inner balance, so you can experience lasting change and live a more fulfilling life.
Jessica also utilizes Schema Therapy, which focuses on identifying and addressing deeply rooted patterns, or "schemas," that may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, you will explore these schemas and work to transform them, helping you break free from negative cycles and develop healthier, more adaptive ways of coping.
Jessica’s goal is to create a compassionate and understanding environment where you can heal and grow, ultimately leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. She looks forward to meeting you.
