Dr. Florence Osuofa is a compassionate, attentive, and non-judgmental mental health professional committed to helping individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and vulnerable populations experience healing, growth, and emotional stability. Dr. Osuofa is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in Texas and is trauma-trained. She provides evidence-based psychotherapy to clients facing depression, anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, PTSD, grief, insomnia, mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, and immigration concerns, as well as schizophrenia, alcohol and substance use issues, and addiction. She also offers pre-marital counseling.
She holds a Master of Science in Counseling along with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her training and experience have prepared her to counsel individuals, children, adolescents, and couples across a wide range of settings, including middle and high schools, universities, hospitals, and private practice.
