Child & Adult ADHD

Are you struggling with:

  • Difficulty focusing, staying organized, or completing tasks
  • Trouble managing time or following through on commitments
  • Restlessness, impulsivity, or difficulty sitting still, especially in children
  • Big emotions that feel hard to regulate
  • Struggles at school or work that don't match your — or your child's — intelligence and effort
  • A recent ADHD diagnosis you're still processing, or a suspicion you haven't explored yet

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects focus, impulse control, and executive functioning. It looks different from person to person, and it looks different in children than it does in adults.

In children, ADHD can affect school performance, friendships, and family relationships. In adults, ADHD that was never diagnosed or addressed often shows up as chronic disorganization, missed deadlines, relationship strain, or a lifelong sense of underachieving despite real effort.

Our therapists work with children, teens, and adults to build practical coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and self-understanding around ADHD — working alongside, not in place of, medication management when that is part of your care.

If ADHD is affecting your — or your child's — school, work, or home life, please contact us today. We're here to help.
